Abstract

This publication aims to provide support and inspiration to librarians and the library staff, for a better understanding of psychiatric disabilities, so they can accept the challenge of providing care and service to people with special needs and / or psychiatric disabilities. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the library services for this group is part of the basic services of the library.
