Abstract

From an inclusive notion of culture and cultural management, the social role of the library in the community is thinking. Particularly the library is considered as a resource delivery space and active producer for poverty alleviation. It highlights the role of the librarian as a cultural manager and its social and political responsibility in the community`s social development.
