Resumen
The aim of the present work is to think about the irruption of the web 2.0 and as the new social technologies they affect in the work of the reading mediators. Examine the concepts of digital divide, web 2.0 and library 2.0, and through these interpretation is outlined what might be named a social promotion of reading or 2.0., offering a series of suggestion as the creation of a virtual community of mediators.
